Silly Ho!
Okay, who is surprised? I like Bill Maher, think he is a good political pundit and was pissed when his show "Politically Incorrect" was pulled because he was ... politically incorrect about 9/11. But, he was an obvious pig and seemed to make any number of racist and misogynistic comments. Granted I think I could give him a run for his money in the wit/intellect department, but his nose is too dang big and he just comes off as an arrogant dirt bag. I don't mean to bash 'centerfold' types but if he were a real man, he would have been dating someone like Ann Coulter (can't stand her but she does have a brain) instead of some woman that - from her looks on the red carpet - resembles a freaking transvestite. If someone is making racist and insulting comments, you bail. Palimony is stupid because cows who give free milk shouldn't come a begging later. He's an ass! She's an idiot!
Comedian Bill Maher was slapped yesterday with a $9 million palimony suit by an ex-girlfriend who alleges that the HBO star subjected her to physical and verbal abuse, including 'insulting, humiliating and degrading racial comments.' In the below Los Angeles Superior Court complaint, Nancy Johnson, a centerfold model and former flight attendant also known as Coco Johnsen, alleges that Maher, 48, reneged on promises to pay her expenses and purchase a Beverly Hills home. Johnson, who says she dated Maher for 17 months before splitting from him in May, also contends that the performer promised to marry her and have children. Johnson, pictured at right, does not detail the degrading racial comments allegedly made by Maher, and recounts only one episode of supposed physical abuse by the host of HBO's 'Real Time.' She charges that Maher pulled her arm and shook her at one party, causing 'injuries to her back and neck,' and later that evening warned he'd hit her on the head with a hammer if she was unfaithful. This is Vita. Great blog entry. There would be no way that I would stand for dating anyone who would make racial comments.Seems like Ms. Coco had a few self-esteem issues, no?
One day... celebrity types will 'get it' and understand that there are vultures out there latching onto them for a fast buck and a few minutes of personal fame. On another day ...the general public will 'get it' and understand that if you speak out against the powers that be (and really tick them off) then they will air your dirty laundry (real or planted) for all to see.
