Seeking A Willing Whore
In a sick way, this is rather honorable. I'm not under any illusions that even quite normal men visit an occasional hooker and perhaps these are the types who would honestly even notice if a woman really were in that profession on her own volition. These men in Turkey, however, seem to take the issue quite personally. Go figure.
The Independent has an interesting story today about the latest front in fighting sex trafficking in Turkey: brothel customers.
In May, the UN Organization for Migration set up a hotline, staffed by multilingual operators, for women who have been forced into sexual slavery to call for help. But rather than hearing from desperate women, the operators are hearing from men -- Turkish men, who want to pay for willing prostitutes rather than reluctant ones. In fact, 74% of calls to the hotline have been from men; and in the past six months, more than 100 women have been rescued, and Turkish police have broken up 10 sex trafficking rings.
"I've been very surprised," Marielle Lindstrom, head of the IOM in Turkey, told the Independent. "We haven't noticed this anywhere in Europe. Turkish men seem to have an old-fashioned view of women. They don't mind using prostitutes, but they want the woman to be doing this willingly. If she's found not to be doing it willingly� It affects their pride."

Don't you fucking Turkish men have mothers? Slaving women around, raping them and beating them and forcing there bodies to get HIV and AIDS off your dicks is just hard to understand. How the hell do you get pride offa that? Ever since I saw that documentary on women being tricked and then trafficked over to Turkey I felt mad...mad at the way men in other societies were treating women. I really got mad when women became the sellers too. Some of these women who were tricked were pregnant and were forced to abort there babies or they'd be beaten to the point of a miscarage if they refused. It's unbelieveable. I'm angry as mother fucker and I just want to break a Turkish mans fucking face in. We talk abou the 21st century. We talk about abolishing slavery in the black race and other races in the world, but it ain't just that it's the women who are poor and want to work.No it hasn't stopped and no ones enforcing the rules any more. I just hope God ends the world faster cause when he dose all those fucking oppressiors are the first to burn in Hell. In Gods world ain't nothing like this ain't ever gonna happen. It's gonna be a world purified and blessed.
I felt bad for the women. Why do the men in Turkey go around doing that? Don't they know about AIDS?
Well, Anonymous & Roger, you obviously *didn't* *read* *the* *article*, because the Turkish men were helping to *rescue* the women who'd been enslaved. Get it?
