Is She High?

I watch America's Next Top Model (ANTM) regularly and every, single "cycle" they have one aspiring model who is off the chain. This year it is Jade. I've cringed at a couple of her malapropisms and mispelled words (nearly passed out when she said gendre) but this clip of her shows that she makes a habit out of it:



To many, she's the one to hate. But to me, she is sheer comedy - whether she is butchering English or messing with one of the other model's mind. After this clip, however, I am starting to wonder if the chick is high or something? What the hell [do she be] talking about?
