Olberman Nails It Again
Believe it or not, I actually watched/listened to most of Bush's speech. The man looks horrible and seeing him stare straight ahead and reading from a teleprompter was almost eerie. He didn't even sound like a cartoon cowboy. What I heard was more of the same and some kind of bizarre threat to Iran. As usual, I was dumbfounded by his idiocy but I didn't get angry this time. I can find little left to say. Fortunately, Keith Olberman found the right words.
You knew Keith was going to comment after Bush's disastrous speech last night. Most of America, many in Congress and Bush's own military leaders are against this move. I guess only the neocons matter to Bush. Being a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute seems to be more important than over 60% of the country. Keith takes it apart—bit by bit. It is surprising to see him speak out in back to back shows, but the situation obviously warranted it.
