You can be the star of Run's House - or live large in Russell Simmons' crib.

Joseph (Rev. Run) Simmons is selling the New Jersey mansion where his MTV series was filmed at the same time his entertainment mogul brother, Russell Simmons, is unloading his own palatial spread in the Garden State.

Neither is cheap.

Joseph Simmons is asking $5.5 million for his columned Colonial in Saddle River, which was the setting for his hit reality series, "Run's House."

His big brother, who split with his model wife, Kimora Lee, last year, wants $23.9 million for his sprawling, 10-bedroom estate just 2-1/2 miles away.

Run's house has six bedrooms and comes complete with a home theater and lounge with a hot tub. The rap pioneer's wife, Justine, supervised a top-to-bottom renovation of the stately brick-and-stucco home.
