Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes (pictured) and other members of the American Independent Party have filed suit in California Superior Court to stop the the California Secretary Of State from giving its 55 electoral votes to President-Elect Barack Obama until documentary evidence is provided that proves he is a natural-born citizen of the United States and thus meets the U.S. constitutional requirement to take office.
